The Comp Team Fall dryland training runs from September 8th until November 29th. This training is aimed getting our competitive athletes in top shape before the season starts so that they can hit the ground running (or, in our case, skiing!) when the snow starts to fall. Included in the Comp Team Fall training is:
- 23 x 1hr tramp sessions (13 @ BC Freestyle's Vernon Backyard Trampoline Centre, 4 @ Dogwood, 4 @ OGC)
- 12 x 1.5hr Strength and Conditioning sessions at
Kal Fitness
- 10 x Yoga sessions to improve flexibility
This training is mandatory for all competitive team athletes.

For next year (2012/13), the club's goal is to merge the Fall and Winter Programs into one program for the Comp Team.
