WAITLIST UPDATE : Current status is that several winter programs are full and there is a waitlist until we recruit more coaches.  All Waitlist requests will be notified as spots become available.  Waitlists can hold off on memberships until they have a confirmed spot.

    Athletes will train tramps then
    rails (or vice versa) with a short break in between to gear up/down.

Brand new year-round freestyle and snowboard training zone is up and running!  Please note times vary week to week. Check the registration notes for scheduled times this week.  General Itinerary:

Wednesday After School - Ski Dev

  • Ski - Jr. Dev, Dev Team, Big Mtn
  • 4pm to 6:15pm. 
  • Athletes will train 1hr of tramps then rails (or vice versa) with a short break in between.

Saturday Drop-in Tramp AM

  • Ski or snowboard - ALL Club members welcome
Sundays Drop-in Tramps AM - Ski
  • Ski - Jr. Dev, Dev Team, Comp Team
Sundays Drop-in Tramps PM - Snowboard
  • Snowboard - Jr. Dev, Dev Team, Comp Team

Trampoline sessions are required for athletes with some trampoline experience.  Click here to view more program details and skills required for all trampoline programs.  If you are brand new to trampoline we would recommend Kelowna Air House or the Coldstream / Grey Road set up.

 What to bring for Trampolines

  • Bring personal Mask
  • Tramp socks recommended (air house socks) or other socks
  • Long Pants and long sleeve shirt recommended - NO JEANS
  • Personal water, light snack - NO SHARING
  • Dress for weather **This is an outdoor session! Having hoodies, jackets etc to wear when not jumping is wise!**
  • Running shoes for warm-ups!

 What to bring for Rails

  • Helmets MANDATORY
  • Skis / Board - in good, working condition (NO broken edges / brakes etc)
  • Boots
  • Gloves optional
  • Long Pants recommended
