All FUNdamentalz athletes will be grouped based on both skill level and which friends they would like to ski with. FUNdamentalz is a great place to meet new friends, learn skiing freestyle skills and of course have fun in a safe environment.
Friend requests should be listed in the registration form. Limit of one friend per registrant. Please arrange friend requests in advance of registration with your friend.
The skills have been divided into Green/Blue/Black levels, which are outlined in the FUNdamentalz Report Card.
What is included? Each participant will receive a Silver Star Club Jersey to advertise our valued sponsors. The program includes coaching by a trained Club or Fundamentalz Freestyle Ski Coach.
What does a Fundamentalz skier need to have? Skier MUST have their own ski pass, skis, poles, ski boots, helmet, goggles, gloves and be dressed for the weather conditions.
Do you ever cancel sessions? We try our best to run classes every week as scheduled. In the event the temperature is -20 (or colder) with windchill we may cancel a session. In these cases the SS Freestyle will strive to make up missed sessions later in the season. This may not be possible in all cases. In the case of an "extraordinary" circumstance classes may be cancelled as well.
What if we are late? Coaches meet their groups at 8:30 AM or 12:30 at a location to be determined. If you are late and the groups have left the village you can check in at the brown bag lunch room where an SS Freestyle club representative will be on hand. Usually a coach is available at the drop off area 15 minutes after the program starts to help your child join their group. You can also txt 250-550-5322 if you have connection issues.
Refund Policy? Click here for current refund request information.
